Pinoy Chicken Pasta



Panglasang Pinoy likes a lot of Pasta recipes so here is the recipe how to make Chicken Spaghetti Flipino style.

Ingredients

1lb spaghetti cooked in the way that package says

1lb chicken, cleaned

8 ounces tomato sauce

4 ounces diced tomatoes

2 onion, sliced

2. tablespoons basil leaves that are chopped

1 tablespoon parsley

2 tablespoon adobo sauce (add chili if you like your Chicken Spaghetti spicy)

4 cups of water

1 cup of Cheese

3 teaspoon of sugar

2 tablespoons canola oil

Cooking method

1. Boil the water in cooking pot.

2. Add chicken and simmer for 25 minutes

3. Remove chicken. Let it cool down for a while.. Throw the bones and shred the chicken.

4. Heat canola oil in a pan.

5. Sauté chicken with onion

6. Add diced tomatoes, tomato sauce and adobo sauce. Let boil and simmer for about 20 minutes.

7. Add basil leaves, parsley, sugar and salt and pepper if wanted

8. Serve the spaghetti to plates and add cheese shredded cheese on the top.

Chicken Pochero

Ingredients:

2 lbs chicken, cut into serving pieces

1/2 piece cabbage, quartered

1 bunch Bok choy (pechay)

1 bundle long green beans, cleaned and ends trimmed

1 medium sized potato, cubed

2 large plantain(saba) banana or 1 large plantain banana, sliced

 3 pieces chorizo (or Chinese sausage), sliced thinly

1 large tomato, diced

1 medium sized onion, diced

2 tbsp whole pepper corn

2 tbsp fish sauce

1 tsp garlic

1 small can tomato sauce

1 cup garbanzos

 Cooking Method

1. Heat oil in the pot and fry the banana until color turns golden brown. Once done, set the bananas aside

2. Put in the chorizo in the same pot and fry for about 3 to 5 minutes then set aside

3. Sauté the garlic, onion, and tomato

4. Add the Chicken and cook for 5 minutes

5. Add the fish sauce, tomato sauce, and whole pepper corn and mix well

6. Add the water and simmer until meat is tender

7. Put-in the fried chorizo, fried banana, potato, and garbanzos and simmer for 7 minutes

8. Add the cabbage, long green beans and simmer for 5 minutes

9. Add the bok choy and turn off the heat. Cover the pot for 5 minutes to cook the bokchoy

10. Serve hot and Enjoy this Panglasang Pinoy recipe :)

Beef Pochero recipe

Ingredients of Beef Pochero

2 lbs beef short ribs or cubed sirloin
1/2 medium cabbage, quartered
1 bunch Bok choy (pechay)
1 bundle long green beans (about 15 pieces)
1 medium sized potato, cubed
2 large plantains(saba banana), sliced
3 pieces chorizo, sliced thinly
1 large tomato, diced
1 medium sized onion, diced
2 tbsp whole pepper corn
2 tbsp fish sauce
1 tsp garlic
1 small can tomato sauce
1 cup garbanzos


Cooking Procedure
1. Heat oil in the pot and fry the banana until color turns golden brown. Once done, set the bananas aside

2.Put in the chorizo in the same pot and fry for about 3 to 5 minutes then set aside

3.Sauté the garlic, onion, and tomato

4. Add the beef and cook for 5 minutes

5.Add the fish sauce, tomato sauce, and whole pepper corn and mix well

6. Add the water and simmer until meat is tender (about 35 minutes in pressure cooker)

7. Put-in the fried chorizo, fried banana, potato, and garbanzos and simmer for 7 minutes

8. Add the cabbage, long green beans and simmer for 5 minutes

9. Add the bok choy and turn off the heat. Cover the pot for 5 minutes to cook the bokchoy.

10. Serve hot and Enjoy this Panglasang Pinoy recipe :)

Pinoy Spaghetti Recipe

Pinoy Spaghetti Recipe

Ingredients
■2 lbs Spaghetti
■1 big bottle banana ketchup
■1 big can Tomato sauce ( It's about 4 cups)
■½ cup Tomato Paste
■1 tsp Garlic, minced
■1 ½ lbs Ground Meat (beef or pork)
■4 pcs Hotdogs, sliced
■Brown Sugar
■1 medium sized Onion, diced
■Cheddar Cheese
■2 tbsp Salt
■Water 1 liter
■4 tbsp Cooking Oil



Cooking Method

1.In a large pot, pour the water in and bring to a boil

2.Put-in the salt and oil

3.Add the Spaghetti and cook until tender (see package for cooking time) then set aside

4.Using a separate pan, saute the garlic and onions

5.Put-in the round meat and let cook for 5 minutes

6.Add the hotdogs and cook for 2 minutes

7.Put-in the tomato sauce, banana catsup, tomato paste, and brown sugar then simmer for 15 to 20 minutes

8.Place the sauce on top of the cooked noodles and add some cheese

9.Serve hot and start to eat..

Hamonado Pork Recipe

Pork Hamonado Recipe

Ingredients

■2 lbs pork butt or loin (about 1 kilo)
■2 cups pineapple juice
■2 cups pineapple chunks
■3 tbsp soy sauce
■5 tbsp brown sugar
■3 tbsp. cooking oil




Cooking Method

1.Mix the pineapple juice, sugar, and soy sauce in a large bowl

2.Marinate pork with the pineapple juice, sugar, and soy sauce mixture for about 1 to 3 hours

3.Remove the pork from the marinade and set the remaining mixture aside

4.Heat the oil in a pan and fry the marinated pork until the meat turns light brown (approximately 3 to 5 minutes)

5.Pour in the remaining marinade mixture together with the pineapple chunks and simmer for 10 to 15 minutes

6.Add salt and pepper to taste

7.Enjoy and eat :)

Pork Adobo recipe

Ingredients

2 lbs pork belly
2 tbsp garlic, minced or crushed
5 pieces dried bay leaves
4 tbsp vinegar
1 cup soy sauce
1 tbsp whole pepper corn
1 cup water
salt to taste

Cooking Method

Combine the pork belly, soy sauce, and garlic then marinade for at least 1 hour
Heat the pot and put-in the marinated pork belly then cook for a few minutes
Add water, whole pepper corn, and dried bay leaves then bring to a boil. Simmer for 40 minutes to 1 hour
Put-in the vinegar and simmer for 12 to 15 minutes
Add salt to taste
Serve hot. Share and enjoy!

Pork Siomai Recipe

Ingredients

2 1/2 lbs ground pork
1 cup shrimp, minced
2 cups water chestnuts, minced
5 tbsp sesame oil
1 tbsp ground black pepper
1 cup onion, minced
1 cup carrots, minced
1 1/2 cups white mushroom, minced
1 pack won ton wrapper
1/4 cup scallions, minced
2 tsp salt
1 piece raw egg
Water for steaming

Cooking Method

Combine all the ingredients except for the water and wanton wrapper and mix thoroughly.
Wrap the mixed ingredients using the won ton wrapper. (watch the video for easy procedure)
Using a steamer, steam the wrapped siomai (shaomai) for 15 to 25 minutes. The time depends on the size of each individual piece (larger size means more time steaming).
Serve hot with kikkoman soy sauce and calamansi or lemon dip. Share and enjoy!

Pulutan Sisig Recipe

Pulutan Sisig Recipe for all Filipino food lovers.. This is especially popular food when drinking with friends.

Ingredients

2 lbs pig ears
¼ lb pork belly
1 cup onion, minced
2.5 tbsp soy sauce
2 tsp ground black pepper
1 knob ginger, minced
4 tbsp chili
2 piece lemon
½ cup butter
¼ lb chicken liver
34 ounces water
2 tbsp mayonnaise

Cooking method

1. Pour the water in a pan and bring to a boil
2. Add salt and pepper
3. Put-in the pig’s ears and pork belly then simmer for 40 minutes to 1 hour (or until tender).
4. Remove the boiled ingredients from the pot then drain excess water
5. Grill the boiled pig ears and pork belly until done
6. Chop the pig ears and pork belly into fine pieces
7. In a pan, melt the butter then add the onions. Cook until onions are soft.
8. Put-in the ginger and cook for a few minutes
9. Add the chicken liver and cook until well done.
10. Crush the chicken liver while being cooked in the pan
11. Add the chopped pig ears and pork belly then cook for 10 minutes
12. Put-in the soy sauce and chili then mix well
13. Add salt and pepper to taste
14. Put-in the mayonnaise and mix with the other ingredients
15. Serve hot. Share and Enjoy (add the lemon or calamansi before eating)

Paksiw na Pata Recipe

Paksiw na Pata Recipe

Ingredients

2 lbs Pork leg (pata), sliced crosswise
1 tsp garlic, crushed
½ cup soy sauce
3 tbsp vinegar
½ cup brown sugar
1 pack dried banana blossoms (about 100 grams), soaked in water
5 pieces dried bay leaves
1 tbsp whole pepper corn
Salt to taste

Cooking Method

Pour the water in a pot and bring to a boil
Add the whole pepper corn and dried bay leaves
Put-in the soy sauce and garlic then wait for the mixture to boil again
Put-in the sliced pork leg and simmer for 1 to 1.5 hours (or cook in pressure cooker for 30 minutes)
Add the vinegar and simmer for 10 minutes
Place the banana blossoms in and simmer for 5 to 7 minutes
Add the brown sugar and salt and simmer for 2 minutes
Eat with your family or friends :)

Sinigang na Baboy recipe

Sinigang na Baboy recipe that you have been waiting for :)

Ingredients

2 lbs pork belly (or buto-buto)
1 bunch spinach (or kang-kong)
3 tbsp fish sauce
1 bunch string beans (sitaw), cut in 2 inch length
2 pieces medium sized tomato, quartered
3 pieces chili (or banana pepper)
1 tbsp cooking oil
2 liters water
1 large onion, sliced
2 pieces taro (gabi), quartered
1 pack sinigang mix (good for 2 liters water)

Cooking Method

Heat the pot and put-in the cooking oil
Sauté the onion until layers separate
Add the pork belly and cook until outer part turns light brown
Put-in the fish sauce and mix with the ingredients
Pour the water and bring to a boil
Add the taro and tomatoes then simmer for 40 minutes or until pork is tender
Put-in the sinigang mix and chili
Add the string beans (and other vegetables if there are any) and simmer for 5 to 8 minutes
Put-in the spinach, turn off the heat, and cover the pot. Let the spinach cook using the remaining heat in the pot.

How to make Pork Afritada?

Ingredients

2 lbs pork, chopped
1 big potato, cut into wedges
1 big carrot, cut into wedges
3 pieces dried bay leaves
2 cups tomato sauce
1 tsp ground black pepper
1 ½ cups beef or pork broth
1 cup bell pepper, diced
1 tsp garlic, minced
1 cup onion, chopped
2 tbsp cooking oil

Cooking Method

Heat the cooking oil in a pan and sauté the garlic and onions
Add the pork and sauté until the outer parts are cooked (approximately 5 minutes)
Add the bay leaves and tomato sauce then simmer for 5 minutes
Add the ground black pepper then pour-in the broth and simmer for 30 to 40 minutes (or until the meat is tender)
Put-in the potato and carrots then simmer for 5 to 7 minutes
Add the bell pepper and simmer for 3 another minutes
Add salt to taste
Eat and enjoy with your friends :)

Ingredients

2 lbs ground pork
12 pcs vienna sausage or 6 pcs hotdogs, cut in half lengthwise
3 pcs hard boiled eggs, sliced
1/2 cup sweet pickle relish
1/2 cup tomato sauce
2 pcs raw eggs
2 cups cheddar cheese, grated
1 cup red bell pepper, minced
1 cup green bell pepper, minced
1 1/2 cup raisins
1 cup carrots, minced
1 cup onion, minced
salt and pepper
2 cups bread crumbs (made by placing 4 slices of tasty bread in a food processor. If not using any food processor, just tear the bread.)

Cooking Method

1. Place the ground pork in a large container
2. Add the bread crumbs then break the raw eggs and add it in. Mix well
3. Put-in the carrots, bell pepper (red and green), onion, pickle relish, and cheddar cheese. Mix thouroughly
4. Add the raisins, tomato sauce, salt, and pepper then mix well.
5. Place the meat mixture in an aluminum foil and flatten it. (see video for guidance)
6. Put in the sliced vienna sausage and sliced boiled eggs alternately on the middle of the flat meat mixture.
7. Roll the foil to form a cylinderlocking the sausage and egg in the middle if the meat mixture. Once done, lock the edges of the foil.
8. Place in a steamer and let cook for 1 hour.
9. Place inside the refrigerator until temperature turns cold

2 lbs ground pork
1 tbsp coarse salt
1/2 tsp Prague powder
1 tsp phosphate
1/4 cup cold water
1/4 cup TVP (Textured Vegetable Protein)
1 tbsp Isolate
1/2 tsp Carrageenan
2 tbsp sugar
6 tbsp garlic, minced
2 tbsp paprika (for color)
1 tbsp ground black pepper
2 tbsp pineapple juice
1/2 tsp meat enhancer

Cooking Method

In a large container mix the salt, prague powder, phosphate, and water
Add the Textured Vegetable Protein, Isolate, and Carrageenan
Add the ground pork followed by the sugar, garlic, paprika, ground black pepper, pineapple juice, and meat enhancer then mix thoroughly.
Place inside the refrigerator for 12 hours. (Note: Take note of the time. The mixture will smell sour if left for more than 12 hours)
Shape and Wrap the longanisa individually

This is how to make it..

Ingredients


2 lbs ground pork
1/2 cup green onions
1 cup carrots
1 cup onion
2 tsp soy sauce
1 raw egg
1 tsp salt
2 tsp ground black pepper
Lumpia wrapper (Spring roll skin)

Cooking Method

Mix all the ingredients with the pork starting with the onion, carrots, green onions, salt, soy sauce, ground pepper, and raw egg
Wrap the meat using the lumpia wrapper (for proper way, see video)
Fry the wrapped meat making sure that all the sides are cooked right
Serve with sweet and sour sauce (see sweet and sour tilapia recipe for the sauce). Share and Enjoy!

Pork Tocino recipe

Pork Tocino recipe is so good that you must learn it.. Here is how to make it :)

Ingredients

2 lbs pork ham
1/4 tsp Prague powder
1 tsp phosphate
2 tbsp coarse salt
7-10 tbsp sugar
2 tbsp Anisado wine (or ground star anise and/or anisette)
1/2 tablet ascorbic acid (250 mg)

Cooking Method

Slice the pork ham to about ¼ inch thickness
Except for the meat, combine all ingredients in a container and mix well
Apply the combined mixture to the meat by rubbing. Make sure that the mixture is evenly distributed across the meat
Place the mixed ingredients in a covered container
Store the covered container (with meat and mixture) in room temperature for 14 hours. It may also be refrigerated but would take at least 3.5 days to complete.

Bicol Express Recipe

Bicol Express is perfect recipe for people who like spicy coconut pork.. Shrimp paste is optional and you can use less chili if you don't like too spicy foods.. Enjoy :)

Ingredients

6 cups coconut milk
2 lbs pork, cut into strips
¾ cup Shrimp Paste
1 tbsp Garlic, minced
6 pieces chili pepper
½ cup Ginger, grated
1 large onion, cubed
2 long chili pepper
2 tsp cooking oil
Salt and Pepper

Cooking Method

1. Sauté the garlic, onion, and ginger
2. Add the pork and continue cooking for 5 to 7 minutes
3. Place the shrimp paste in and cook for 5 minutes
4. Add the Thai and long hot pepper followed by the coconut milk
5. Mix all the ingredients well and simmer for 30 to 40 minutes
6. Add salt and pepper to taste
7. Serve Hot. Enjoy!

Blood Stew Dinuguan Pinoy style

Dinuguan Recipe

Ingredients
1 lb pork loin, cut into cubes
1 cup vinegar
2 pcs long green pepper
1 1/2 tbsp brown sugar
1 medium sized onion, chopped finely
1 tbsp garlic, minced
1 tbsp cooking oil
1 cup water
10 oz pork blood

Cooking Method

Sauté the garlic and onion in a pan
Add the pork and sauté for about 5 mins
If you like it to be more tasty, you may add 1 pork or beef cube followed by a cup or two of water.
Simmer until the water is almost gone to tenderize the meat
Add the pork blood and mix well. Let this simmer for 10 minutes
Add the vinegar. Simmer for 15 minutes.
Put the brown sugar in followed by the long green pepper and simmer for 2 minutes
Serve hot

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs Pork, cubed
  • 1 tbsp Garlic, minced
  • 5 tbsp vinegar
  • 1 cup onion, chopped
  • 1 cup tomato, chopped
  • 1 pc chili (banana pepper, jalapeno, or long chili pepper), sliced
  • 1/2 cup shrimp paste
  • 3-5 pcs dried bay leaves
  • 1 tbsp whole pepper corn
  • 24 ounces water
  • salt and pepper

Cooking Method

  1. In a pot, pour-in the water and bring to a boil
  2. Put-in the pork, vinegar, and dried bay leaves and simmer for 35 minutes or until meat is tender
  3. Remove the meat from the pot separating it from the liquid and other ingredients. set aside
  4. In a separate pan, saute the garlic, onion, tomato
  5. Add the shrimp paste and simmer for 5 minutes (more time is needed for raw shrimp paste)
  6. Put the pork in and cook for 7 minutes. Be sure to mix all the ingredients well
  7. Add the chili and simmer for 3 minutes
  8. Add salt and pepper to taste
  9. Eat.. Sarap

1 cup red bell pepper, chopped

1/2 cup soy sauce
  • 1/2 pc lemon or 4 pcs. calamansi
  • 
1 small onion, chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic, finely chopped
  • 1 tsp. brown sugar
  • 
2 cups tomato sauce
  • 1 cup water
  • 1/4 cup cooking oil

Cooking Procedure

  1. Marinade pork with soy sauce and lemon juice about an hour
  2. Heat pan and place cooking oil
  3. Fry potatoes and carrots for about 5 minutes and set aside
  4. Sauté garlic and onion in the same pan where the vegetables were fried
  5. Add the marinated pork belly and water then simmer for 15 minutes
  6. Add the pork liver and tomato sauce and simmer for 10 minutes
  7. Add the fried carrots and potatoes, red bell pepper, and brown sugar then simmer for another 5 minutes
  8. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  9. Serve hot. And start to eat :)

  • 6 tbsp shortening
Asado Filling:
  • 2 lbs pork, chopped into small pieces
  • 3 tbsp lard or shortening
  • 2 tbsp garlic, minced
  • 1 large onion, minced
  • 2 tbsp cornstarch, diluted in 1/4 cup water
  • 4 tbsp soy sauce
  • 4 tbsp sugar
  • 3 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 1 tbsp hoisin sauce
